Child Help Foundation's Education Support Program began in the year 2011. We aim to break the cycle of poverty by improving facilities and access to quality education in areas where education is lacking. Education enables upward socio-economic mobility and is the key to escaping poverty.
Education-focused programs are a big part of the Child Help Foundation's Swastha Se Shiksha Tak mandate. We work to develop village schools into Centers for Excellence and create scalable and replicable modes for education enhancement.
Child Help Foundation ensures that children under our various projects are provided with quality education. We work primarily through a Public Private Partnership (PPP model) and are committed to complimenting and supporting government initiatives.
Child Help Foundation today works with Ashram Schools based in rural and tribal areas, where hundreds of children get access to quality and inclusive education. 4,68,718 children now have access to quality and inclusive education because of our programs.
Mini Science Center (MSC) is a prerequisite for teaching Science and Mathematics to school children in a more straightforward way.
The Mini Science Center is designed with the significance of practical learning and hands-on learning in mind for students. Complex mathematical and scientific concepts are better understood when they are taught, relating them to everyday situations. Students will benefit from models of scientific concepts such as gravitation, motion, reflection, and anatomy, as well as mathematical concepts such as algebraic expressions and geometry. We have established 3 centers so far and are actively working towards expanding to many more locations and schools.
Child Help Foundation works to provide children from marginalised communities with good education facilities. As part of the School Sponsorship Program we work with first-generation learners in interior villages. We work in government run Ashram Schools, and Child Care Institutions. To date, the Child Help Foundation has supported 5,070 students through the School Scholarship Program.
